What we serve our guests on their plates is no mystery. Whenever possible we buy our meet and vegetables from local farms. The herbs used in our dishes come from our own organic vegetable and herb garden, and we only cook with organic beef from Austria. You find game specialties on our menu, only when the local hunter had a successful hunt. So it is the season of the year after all, that dictates the menu, and the chef serves you his delicious specialties made with the freshest ingredients and prepared with care.

Wednesday to Saturday 11.00 – 15.00 and 18.00 – 21.30
